DFORDOC CRM Backup is a private backup utility used to create backups of the DFORDOC CRM database and store those backups securely in the authorized user's Google Drive account.
The application uses Google OAuth authorization to access Google Drive for the purpose of storing CRM backup files.
Google account access is used only for backup-related operations authorized by the user.
The application may process CRM database information while generating backup files. The resulting backup files are uploaded to the Google Drive account authorized by the user.
DFORDOC CRM Backup does not sell Google user data. Google account information and Google Drive data accessed through this application are not shared with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
Database backup files are stored in the authorized user's Google Drive account. Temporary backup files created on the web server are deleted after a successful Google Drive upload.
Access to the backup system is restricted to authorized administrators and automated backup processes.
The user may revoke the application's access to their Google account through their Google Account security settings.
